Lots of us know how to mix a basic drink, but what goes into creating a delicious craft cocktail? Join us on a Friday night to explore the world of mixology, as we take you on a journey of flavour over 3 delicious and beautiful craft cocktails with a focus on small batch, locally distilled and locally sourced ingredients.
Brought to you by Ash O'Neill, co-founder of Papi Dulce, a passionate mixologist who will teach you the finesse of mixing, stirring, shaking and muddling; then sip away at your eye catching and mouth watering creations.
Over 18's only.
- A demonstration and creation of 3 different cocktails
- Handcrafted local spirits and mixers
- Locally grown garnishes and produce
We’ll also include a cheese platter and have great conversation on repeat.
