Delivery & Returns
All orders made through our online store are processed and shipped usually same day or next day depending on what time you place your order through our store.
We ship from our store located in Thirroul NSW, delivery times will vary depending on your location. For most capital cities our parcels usually arrive 1-2 days, however for remote locations it can take up to 14 days to receive your parcel.
For orders over $250, we will require a signature on delivery unless you specify otherwise. For orders under $250 we will instruct our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery location, again unless you specify otherwise. You can leave us a note throughout the checkout with any specific delivery instructions.
Exciting news, shortly we will be able to easily offer International Shipping but for now contact us email@example.com and we’ll try to work something out for you.
It’s pretty unlucky to get damaged goods via mail, but if you do make sure you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. If we don’t hear from you in that timeframe we will assume all a-okay and unfortunately unable to process an insurance claim with our courier.
Returns & Exchange
We offer exchange on undamaged, unworn, like-new, with original packaging goods that are returned to our store within 14 days of purchase because we know you might change your mind. We’re happy to do the same for online orders, however we ask that you pay for the shipping costs.
We do not offer return or exchange for any vintage goods or clothing. Sorry, vintage is final sale.
If your goods are faulty we will allow the return for a full refund you can simply do this by bringing your purchase to our store. If you have purchased online we will require the product to be returned via post you can contact us to make those arrangements.
