STORE
We’re open! Yep, our Thirroul store will be opening with new trading hours Thursday to Saturday 10-4pm and Sunday 10-1pm. As a team, we’re doing our utmost to ensure strict hygiene standards both in the shop and whilst packing orders, and have increased our cleaning schedule. We are following government guidelines and will continue to monitor and implement these as they develop.
Processing of your orders will be extended from next day to 1-2 days. Our couriers are following the relevant guidance from Government authorities and currently are not experiencing any delays with delivery.
During this pandemic we will not be offering International Shipping, apologies in advance for any inconvenience.
If, for whatever reason, you’re unable to shop with us in store we want to remind you we do offer local pick up for customers who are within a reasonable distance. For those of you in isolation, or who just don’t want to be receiving packages or venturing outside the home, we are also happy to hold onto purchases until you are able to pick them up.

To continue to support our local artisans and in the spirit of community connection we believe in, at this stage we are not making any changes to our workshops. If you are worried about being unwell or unable to leave the home for future workshops, we want to remind you that we have a full refund policy up to 5 days prior to the workshop, and a 50% refund within the 5 days leading up to the workshop. If there are any government/societal changes, we will reschedule as needed.
Your health and peace of mind comes first and we will be doing our best to re-accommodate everyone in a way that works for you.
