DELIVERY & RETURNS
During COVID-19 NSW Lockdown we are offering same day, or pre-order local delivery within 5kms of our store. Simply book a day and time at the checkout.
All items are available for local delivery from the cafe and the store.
Delivery will be made within the hour time slot you've chosen unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time.
Delivery times are limited, if your preferred time slot is booked out you can book for a different time or choose pick up from the store.
Minimum spend is $20 with a $5 delivery charge.
Our delivery services are contactless and staff will be following COVID Safety Plan at all times.
Delivery is only available during our operating hours 8am til 1pm.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, we will leave your order at your door.
All orders made through our online store are processed and shipped usually same day or next day depending on what time you place your order through our store.
We ship from our store located in Thirroul NSW, delivery times will vary depending on your location. For most capital cities our parcels usually arrive 1-2 days, however for remote locations it can take up to 14 days to receive your parcel.
For orders over $250, we will require a signature on delivery unless you specify otherwise. For orders under $250 we will instruct our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place at your delivery location, again unless you specify otherwise. You can leave us a note throughout the checkout with any specific delivery instructions.
We will not be able to offer International Shipping at this time, we apologise for any inconvenience.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We offer a refund or exchange on undamaged, unworn, like-new, with original packaging goods that are returned to our store within 14 days of purchase because we know you might change your mind. We’re happy to do the same for online orders, however we ask that you pay for the shipping costs.
We do not offer return or exchange for any vintage or sale goods or clothing. Sorry, sale items and vintage are final sale.
It’s pretty unlucky to get damaged goods via our courier service, but if you do make sure you contact us within 72 hours of receiving your goods. If we don’t hear from you in that timeframe we will assume all a-okay and unfortunately unable to process an insurance claim with our courier.
If your goods are faulty we will allow the return for a full refund you can simply do this by bringing your purchase to our store. If you have purchased online we will require the product to be returned via post you can contact us to make those arrangements.
