There’s nothing this woman can’t do! Rachel Potter is a Freelance Chef, Teacher at our favourite picklery Cornersmith, Beekeeper and Permaculture Waste-Free Reveller. And she’s coming down from Sydney to Noel & Gladys to show us how to do it.
We’ll be getting all the information on waste free cooking with a live demonstration on making delicious pesto, salsa and other condiments (of course we’ll be eating them too). Rachel will help us get hands on with a pickling recipe which you get to take home your own pickled goods just in time for the silly season. AND the session comes with hand-outs on eating with the seasons, top ten tips for a waste free kitchen and a weekly shopping planner to avoid kitchen waste!
We’ll also have organic tea brewing, cakes by local cafes and great conversation on repeat.
